Exam Pass was born from a simple observation: Nigerian students are some of the hardest-working in the world, yet they often lack access to quality, affordable exam preparation tools.

We built Exam Pass to change that. Our team of educators, engineers, and designers — all based in Nigeria — have spent years studying JAMB, WAEC, NECO, and BECE patterns to create an app that actually helps you pass.

Every feature, from the AI explanations to the live battle mode, is designed around how Nigerian students actually study: in short bursts on their phones, often without reliable internet, and usually under serious pressure.

We believe every student deserves a fair shot at their dream school. Exam Pass is our contribution to making that happen.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Exam Pass, we collect:

• Account Information: Your username, class level, department, target exam, and exam date (provided during onboarding).
• Usage Data: Questions answered, accuracy scores, streaks, XP earned, and session timestamps.
• Device Information: A unique device identifier used to prevent account sharing and protect your progress.
• Payment Information: Processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Personalise your study plan and question recommendations
• Track your progress and generate performance reports
• Enable the leaderboard and challenge features
• Prevent fraud and unauthorised account sharing
• Send you important updates about your exam or the app

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers with industry-standard encryption. We use device binding to ensure your account can only be active on one device at a time, protecting your subscription and progress.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:

• Paystack — for payment processing
• Supabase — for secure cloud data storage
• PostHog — for anonymous product analytics (no personal identifiers)

5. Parent Dashboard

If you choose to share your Link Code with a parent or guardian, they can view your study stats (subjects practised, accuracy, streak) but cannot access your account or make changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Exam Pass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

Exam Pass is designed for students preparing for Nigerian exams (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, BECE, Common Entrance). You must be at least 10 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should use the app with parental guidance.

3. Account & Device Binding

Each account is bound to one device at a time. If you switch devices, you must sign in again. This prevents account sharing and protects your subscription. Attempting to bypass device binding is a violation of these terms.

4. Free vs Pro Plans

The free plan includes:

• Up to 30 questions per day (decreasing to 15 over time)
• Access to basic past questions
• Study planner and daily challenge
• Limited leaderboard visibility

The Pro plan (₦4,500/month or ₦29,000/year) unlocks:

• Unlimited questions across all years (2010–2025)
• Full CBT mock exams with timed conditions
• Complete performance analytics and weak-area detection
• Live battles with all bot difficulties and real students
• Leaderboard posting and national ranking
• AI explanations on every answer
• Streak shield (miss one day without losing streak)

5. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via KoraPay or Squadco. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] or WhatsApp +2348028958466 within 7 days of purchase if you experience issues.

6. Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, Exam Pass is a study aid, not an official exam body. Always cross-check critical information with official JAMB, WAEC, or NECO sources. We are not liable for exam outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Share your account or subscription with others
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app
• Upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Use bots or automated tools to manipulate the leaderboard

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Exam Pass after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
